clean-stained-tableclothGetting stains out of your tablecloth may be a tough job for you. There are many things that can cause stains but in this article we’ll discuss the most common ones.

It is always hard to deal with stains from blueberry or tomato juice but you can always call a cleaning professional at a cleaning agency in London that can help you. But if you want to learn on how to do it yourself keep reading.

Tomato-based stains are the most difficult to deal with. Here are some tips about cleaning them.

First put some pretreatment laundry stain remover on the stained place. Let it soak into the stain for a couple of minutes. For old and stubborn stains rub in some heavy-duty liquid detergent. Afterwards wash it in the laundry machine as you usually do. If this doesn’t help soak the stain in diluted bleach solution that is suitable for all fabrics. Be careful not to ruin the fabric and test it first for colour fastness. If you are not sure what to do, read the manufacturers label. Bleach can damage a lot of fabrics and the damage can not be reversed. So be careful and get informed before you soak anything in it. The thing is that if the stain is not gone by the fifteenth minute it will stay there. Bleaching it further will only weaken the tablecloths fabric.

Grease stain can also be annoying to remove but here is an easy tip for you. Try to clean them with shampoo. Just rub it into the stain and let it sit for 10 minutes or so. Afterwards wash it like you normally do.
