You will need white piece of cloth, rubbing alcohol, a toothbrush (unused), dish washing liquid and baking soda. Begin wit ha gentle blotting. Damp the cloth with the denatured rubbing alcohol and proceed with careful moves. Same goes for the dish washing liquid. You have to be really precise, especially if you apply it on a silk or satin shirt.

Try using baking soda. Let it sit for a few minutes, though you may have to do the same a couple of times over.

Do the laundry after you finish with the above-mentioned procedures. Use the most appropriate laundry cycles and dry the shirt well.
