Many people are probably thinking What could possibly be so complicated in a simple house cleaning? Well, if you have to clean thoroughly and in details, it is a bit complicated. If you are leaseholder-doubly so. Because when it comes the time for moving out, tenancy cleaning, you have to present the place as good as it was when you moved in. Otherwise you won’t be able to get your deposit back.
In order to achieve success in this field you have to put some serious effort. Which means a lot of time, sweat and hard work. Bare in mind, that this is not a regular weekly cleaning or something like that. No. This means moving heavy stuff, appliances and furniture, and cleaning the smallest gaps, joints and strips. With the help of whole bunch of cleaning solutions, everything has to start looking like brand new. Most of the stuff that need a thorough clean up are usually mentioned in the contract, that you have signed when were moving in. Or it probably should be.
Of course there always is another way, much easier, in my opinion. You could hire some professionals to perform the heavy cleaning. These guys really know what and how it needs to be done. For a fair price you could easily get rid of the trash and you don’t have to move the tip of your fingers.
At the end of tenancy clean and tidy apartment has to be presented to the landlord in order to receive the full amount of your deposit.
