Fashion has always been about someone high up dictating the rules and selecting the cuts, colours, prints and materials season after season. Whether you like it or not, fashion is a big monster and it feeds on trends. The consumer’s control does not exist and it seemed fashion would continue to exist this way, but then I saw a Kickstarter campaign that dares challenge the way fashion operates.
Pyjama Pajama won’t produce a cotoure collection, but will shake things up when children’s pyjamas are considered. I guess we have to start somewhere. The whole crowdsourcing movement promises complete control overt the product and the same principles apply to the creation of the pyjamas. You have people to create their own designs, choose their favourites and generally influence the outcome. I consider to be a hallmark in fashion, because for one the customer has a direct influence over the production process and the range of designs.

Today, I want to talk about something that may really improve how much work you have to do around the house. Now, I haven’t really tried, but the response of people has been really positive and it seems to be available very easily, so I don’t see how it can be a scam product. The basic premise of the Slip-a design is to create a product, an accessory to be precise, which prevents you from ever needing you to clean your floors because you have entered your home with dirty or muddy shoes or boots. Given the weather in general, this is a great benefit to have around the house.
I have ordered my slip-a design and hope to report on when I receive it. The way I understand it as a product is that you lay it flat on the ground, take off your footwear there, pull the strings and you have your shoes or boots properly contained in a bag, until you need to go out again. No stains and no mud tracked. None whatsoever.

Horizontal
The home library is different in every apartment or house, just like the inhabitants are different from each other. In some homes the library is formed by horizontal shelves, located one above the other, in order to host only one or two books, not a whole pile.

The experienced gardeners advise to avoid walking over the snowy lawn, because this can damage the soil. But you can still enjoy your garden during the winter – just take a chair outside and grab a blanket, a nice book or a hot cup of tea.
